What types of experiences can I book with STAD?
From a VIP-access family trip to Disney, to a corporate retreat in Europe or hospitality tickets for the World Cup, Wimbledon, or the Champions League we take care of every stage of the journey: flights, hotels, transfers, reservations, tickets, concierge services, and personalized experiences.
Do you work exclusively with high-net-worth clients?
At STAD, we believe you define what luxury means. It might be sharing a sunset with your grandfather, enjoying coffee with your best friend, or watching a football match from a VIP suite. We never make assumptions every experience is designed with you and for you, tailored to your vision.
Do you only sell plane tickets?
No, plane tickets must always be accompanied by another service such as a hotel, tour, cruise, or another travel experience.
How far in advance should my trip be paid for?
For international trips, we require full payment 30 days before departure. For express trips, at least 5 days in advance.
Can I make changes to my paid trip or request a refund?
No refunds are issued for trips that have already been paid. Modifications are subject to operator availability and other factors, and may incur an additional fee.
Do you handle visa processing?
We do not process visas directly; however, we can assist you through our trusted agents for an additional fee.
Do you only sell tickets for sports events or concerts?
Yes, we can sell you this type of ticket separately. Yes, you can buy this type of ticket on its own.
When do you recommend starting to request a travel quote?
It depends on the destination, but for international trips, it's best to start planning at least 4 months in advance. However, we can begin as early as 10 months ahead to ensure the best possible experience.
