Do you work exclusively with high-net-worth clients?
At STAD, we believe that you define what luxury means: it could be sharing a sunset with your grandfather, enjoying a coffee with your best friend, or watching a match from a VIP box. We take nothing for granted; every experience is designed with you and for you, completely tailored to your needs
Do you sell flight-only tickets?
No, flight tickets must always be bundled with at least one other service, such as a hotel, tour, cruise, or another travel experience.
How far in advance must my trip be paid for?
For international trips, we require full payment 30 days prior to departure, and at least 5 days in advance for last-minute or express trips.
Can I modify or get a refund for a trip that is already paid for?
We do not offer refunds for trips that have already been paid for. Modifications depend on operator availability and other factors, and may incur an additional fee.
Do you handle visa processing for me?
We do not process visas ourselves; however, we can connect you with our designated agents to assist you through the process for an additional fee.
"Do you sell event or concert tickets only?
Yes, we can sell standalone tickets for these types of events.
When do you recommend requesting a trip quote?
It depends on the destination, but for international travel, it is best to start at least 4 months in advance. However, we can begin planning up to 10 months ahead to ensure the best possible experience.
