Stephanie is the strategic mind behind the brand. With over a decade of international experience, she has seamlessly combined her passion for travel and sports with a refined sensitivity for high-end hospitality and a deep understanding of the discerning traveler.
Educated at the International University of Monaco and holding a master’s degree in Sports Marketing from the Real Madrid Graduate School, her vision has been shaped by experiences in cities such as Quebec, Cannes, Rome, Madrid, Monaco, and China. Her time at Auditoire in Shanghai led her to collaborate on luxury brand activations for names like BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
Multilingual and cosmopolitan, Stephanie transforms every journey into an authentic and unrepeatable experience. She leads STAD Travel Luxury Experiences with empathy, excellence, and the conviction that travel is the greatest investment—a genuine form of connection and a celebration of the present.
Enrique de la Garza

Before founding STAD Luxury Experiences, he completed an MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona and, during his time at IESE New York, was exposed to high-demand global markets and ecosystems. He managed investments on Shark Tank Mexico. His approach blends financial analysis, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the client key elements in crafting truly memorable travel experiences.
Throughout his career, he has led projects across sectors such as technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services developing a holistic business vision and a strong capacity for adaptation. This experience enabled him to identify a key opportunity in the travel industry: the growing demand for highly personalized solutions, flawless logistics, and truly unique experiences.
